The new year is here and its been a year since we started the life style change. I feel great. Can't seem to get it out of my head that I am not obese. I still see my size 22 in the mirror and don't understand why a size 8 is loose. Nothing in pants were ever loose. Shirts I purposely bought loose fitting. I bought a griddle for my New Year dress that didn't feel like I just stuffed myself into a sausage wrap. This site has saved my life. My life would not be this if my Daddy wasn't with me every step of the way.
My relationships with some of my "fake" friends have changed....as I lose weight I seem to lose my friends. Being the DUFF of most of them I find I am enjoying my success with mere strangers who root me on.

Thats me in the green...the other is 4 days ago.

Great work. Stories like yours should be an inspiration for all. It can be done and really it's mind over matter. Stick to this program and you will be successful. I am in year 7 of my plan. I lost 55 during 2011 and have kept it off (mostly). It can be done! Good luck to all looking to do the same.

Congrats! someone said it best...as you loose the pounds those so-called ex-friends have done you a favor by helping you dump the excess dead weight of negative people.
