130# squats at the gym where I workout 3x a week. Trainer features his members as he works with all ages and ability levels. When I started I thought it was hard just doing body weight squats.

Weighted prowler instead of step ups.
Hex Bar Deadlift 210 lb 3x10
Incline Bench Press 55 lb 1x12 2x10
Kettlebell Swing 57 lb 7x12

At camp with my 5 year old grandson having fun swimming, archery and go carts. He said he had the best time! Meals were lots of carbs but so worth it for the memories!

The graph is my progression on squats. I hit two PB! 130# on the squat and 60# chest supported rows.
Safety Bar Squat 125 lb 1x7 130 lb 3x5
Chest Supported Dumbbell Row 60 lb 1x5 55 lb 3x5
Romanian Deadlift 145 lb 4x5
Bench Press 80 lb 1x5 2x4
