Missed the work out this morning but grabbed some time this afternoon. According to the log i may have worked of the equivalent of my calories eaten today.
Good calorie burn, glucose in range, don’t feel weak. Almost time for a nice dinner.
The fight continues- morning, afternoon, and night.

No morning work out today. Morning glucose with in range which is a plus. Now to repeat that success. Might get 30 minutes in later this evening.
Plan delay first meal until noon and get some extra steps. Low carb options where possible. Just dont have actual meals planned. Might be a psyllium husk day.

Weight post workout on the elliptical this morning. To be expected after a big, carb loaded meal of roast beef and homemade spaetzle. Glucose was back in the prediabetic range. Again expected.
16:8 IF and monitor caloric intake today. Already have 400+ calories burned on the elliptical this morning.
The fight continues.

Good Morning Self,
Another morning workout on the elliptical. Good job. Need to prep some more videos for entertainment while this machine burns the calories. (Helpful Hint Self - don’t watch food videos while exercising during a fasting period.)
The tactic of light cardio to burn calories and reduce available blood sugar will work, but must have a plan in case i push too much. I set out some cake for later if start feeling bad. Again Self - know the difference between feeling bad due to low sugar and simply being hungry.
A few hours before the eating window opens. Will fuel the machine with a low carb source and enjoy the day.
