My workout today included lunges: 30# dumbbells for 10 reps each leg - 3 sets. My graph shows vacation, injury and sickness up and downs but consistency is what the trainer keeps telling us. I burned 322 calories with a peak heart rate of 160.

Day 4 - 90 sec
Day 5 - 95 sec
Day 6- 🤦♀️
Day 7- 120 sec
Day 8- gym weighted plank
Day 9- 125 sec
Day 10-Gym 50 sec side planks
Day 11 - 135 sec
Day 12 - 140 sec
