I knew my weight would rise today. I ate at my clean bulk level for weight lifting to see how my body would react (and because I felt I deserved it) and had just over half of a homemade chicken garlic almond pizza that I made (whole wheat crust). It was so good. Send me a PM if you want the recipe.

Anyway, I knew the glycogen and water stores from eating so much complex carb would push me higher in weight. My weight will likely be back where it was in two days. I feel good. Lots of energy, though I'm starting to feel jittery since yesterday and today were no workout days. :( I needed the rest though.

I'm just calling yesterday a glycogen re-feed day. Back on track this morning. Have a great day everyone. Keep on chooglin'.

Sounds absolutely out of this world! But I do not want the recipe because I know I would overeat. Kind of sad, isn't it?

Not sad, Buffy, smart. I HAVE the recipe and it's amazing. You are wise to avoid it. I made it for my hubby over the weekend and he raved. NM, you deserved a big day and I hope your workout burned all those excess calories, big time!
