Tomorrow is my "official" weigh day. I peeked this morning. Scary. I have been working so hard. To see the number climbing is giving me heart palpitations! This is where I just have to have faith in my instincts. This was my choice, so, if I have sabotaged myself, Only I can fix it. Back to business on Monday. Hoping my metabolism has adjusted by then.

Calories up. So is everything else. Weigh in on friday. Next week I will start cutting cals a bit, and find a new plan. Fresh start, fresh day.

Expected increase. Letting my metabolism stabilize a bit, then will reassess the RDI aspect. Still having problems keeping calories up, but doing much better while not worrying so much about protein limits.

Trying a new tact. Watching calories, and staying low carb. We'll see how this goes. I have been having trouble getting my calories up, and protein and carbs balanced. So, to shake things up, just calories for now. Fingers crossed.

Went to the gym this morning. A bit sore in places this afternoon. I like the feeling. I am hungrier than usual, however. Due to increased activity? My imagination? Shrug. I don't know. I am really wanting a cheat meal tonight. This feeling I don't like. Wish there was a magic pill that would bring us to our perfect weight, and maintain it.
