Feel good after my first (light to moderate light) workout. I am being careful not to overdo. Maybe I'm a wuss, maybe over protective of myself. Whatever, I'm in it for the long haul. The turtle as opposed to the hare. Looking forward to the next class. I totally forgot to weigh this morning, so will wait until Tuesday. Happy Day ALL!

I got a month membership to a health club for my birthday. Looking forward to taking advantage of this blessing. Finally seeing some progress on the scale. Maybe this will help the stalls I have been experiencing. EXCITED!! Leaving the 60's just as I'm entering my sixties....This old lady can DO IT! Thanks to all for support, and listening to my grumbling and whining. Grateful.

I eat when I'm hungry...Still having trouble getting enough calories. Last few days were pretty good, but I have to force some fat. I will work this out. Tomorrow is official weigh day....May just stick with what I got until Tuesday.
