OK.
I weighed myself.
Not good. 800g not good-- but what does it really mean?
Some of it has to be muscle, but not the whole 800g, because I've only been working out my core for 1 week, so.. LOLz...
My period? No way.
I'm inclined to think that a median of 1600-1700Kcals a day is still too much for me.
IT SUCKS. I really want to be like these people who can eat 2k Kcals per day and burn it all.
I'll be cutting back (tomorrow, cos today I'm going to a restaurant so fuck it), and have a median of 1500 with higher on weekends? or 1400 with higher on weekends?
Activity levels have changed a bit.
I still work out day on day off.
I still run 30 minutes HIIT style, 2 mins run, 1 min walk, but the speed is not the same level as before the injury yet.
I still train my arms with 450g weights.
I'm core training with yoga, lots of downward facing dogs, planks, and core exercises.
I still stretch.
I mean... now that I write this, the obvious reason for a weight change at this point, when the only thing I changed workout wise is the introduction of extra core training a week ago, must be the extra Kcals.
The sad and evident truth at this point is that I need to reduce my calorie intake again...
EDIT: Wait. I'm confused. I lost yet another size: XXS... so WTF? can I gain 800Kcal while losing a size, and at the same time not gaining muscle either?

I wanted to weigh today but then I totally forgot so... tomorrow.
Tomorrow I also have a date night and I'll eat like a pig so. :P Let's see.

Still haven't weighed.
Yesterday I had a plan, but then again I also had chocolate, so... yeah.
Today is workout day and yoga workout day at that too! Have new routines and a new yoga mat, so pretty excited.
Today noodle soup for lunch and curry for dinner FUCK YEA.
Tomorrow normal day, and thursday date night so starve myself until dinner so I can even fit the maltesers at the cinema XD

Dont know if I'm still losing, gaining or maintaining atm...
I'm eating a lot of chocolate so I'm constantly over 1500 -> most of the time 1600-1800Kcals...
I'm working out almost at the same level as before again.
I'll add more yoga for core strength: planks and the like...
Not sure if it's the workout or what... because I've been eating this much more, I'm afraid to weigh myself... :(
