Been sick and not working out a lot. And then working out a lot cos I'm working from home, and then on my period and eating a lot...
And then not logging everything accurately cos it depresses me to log all the worthless crap I ate.
So I've no idea what's going on.
If things go well today I'll weigh myself tomorrow...

Yesterday I was super depressed (unrelated to weight) and I didn't want to do anything. I wanted to eat like a pig and watch TV.
But in the end I did my yoga and running routine.
THANKFULLY I DID IT! I feel much better mentally today. If I had given in yesterday I would not also still be depressed, but I've also been feeling like a fat pig, and guilty.
So here's to working out for your mental health.

People keep asking me if I have lost even more weight.
I haven't. I'm still 52ish Kg. But my body is transforming with all the yoga and cardio. Amazed to see it, tbh.
I'd still like to lose those 2 Kgs I have left to lose, but I wonder if that's really necessary... Is this a sign maybe, that my body weight should be 52ish and I'll be fine?
