Sadly it's getting clear that to lose weight I really can't go over 1400-1500Kcal...
:(
Sucks, but it is what it is. Choices, choices...
Anyway, nice yoga workout. I have the feeling I'll break my face soon with some poses, but overall a lot of fun. My neck is killing me.
Not logging my weight yet, but here's the scoop: 52.4Kg.

Yesterday my workout was awesome. I really see a change already on how well I can plank and how much I can stretch.

Today I'm compensating for the bazillion cals from yesterday.
I didn't even log them correctly, cos I'm not loging to waste my time searching for every kind of teriyaki, sushi rolls, ramen, chips, sweets, coffees and vegetables I ate. Just a rough estimate that I ate a lot of food, and it was AWESOME.
Today I didn't eat at home either, so I estimated dinner between 500-600Kcals, for a grand total of 1000-1100Kcals today.
I should do the same tomorrow, but it's weekend so... probably not :P
Anyway, in an hr: Running, boxing, yoga and Star Trek.
