i am 23 and i weighed 252 lbs at the beginning of this year. i have been over weight since 2007 and just now realized that weight loss isnt just about looking sexy but being healthy and reverncing my temple thats why loosing weight is now important to me. i now do zumba,pilates,strength training,step, and kickboxing and i love it.
