Yesterday I stated that I could not think of anything to journal about. Last night I got into the chocolate. Is there a connection? I think so.

What I should have said yesterday is that I am under stress. My husband, who is on blood thinners, still thinks it is a good idea to run his drag car. One of my friends (younger than me) just had a heart attack and another is going to have tests for chest pains. Oh yeah, and work sucks.

There, now maybe I can have a chocolate free evening tonight.

I tend to eat when I'm stressed. For a while jelly beans and I were best friends. We had to part ways but I still miss them. Hoping you have a stress/chocolate free night.

Davidsmom - stress eating is a killer! Food has always been my drug for comfort. Old habits are hard to break.

Chocolate is OVERRATED !!! ( and occasionally I. Might be tempted to stretch the TRUTH just bit to make a Buddy feel better...LOL)...BUT in this case, I am trying to comfort MYSELF!!!...LOL

Maybe try some stress-relieving tea or even some lemon water. It should definitely help your mood.
