Shoulder impingement exercise. I thought I'd put this here because most impingement problems can be resolved with this little routine and a lot of people get them. 50 reps a day should loosen things up. You can use something static, like a broom handle. As you can see, I use a therapy band to do this. ROFL Yeah, okay... it's not me. Ladies, you're watching the exercise! Shoulder impingement remedy.
