New low. I'm officially at 50 pounds down at this moment (started at 280, now at 230). But I'm only cautiously optimistic. My goal for the week is to stay at this weight for the rest of the week and not expect miracles. When I get a new low, I know that it will bounce around and flirt there for days before going down again, so I'm happy, but I promise not to mope if I eat a pound of salad or watermelon today and go up 1.5 pounds tomorrow!
