Didn't really lose today. The scale said I went down .2, but when you get to that, I really don't consider that up or down. I didn't drink as much water yesterday and I'm really going to try harder with that today. I can't wait to get out of the 190's--"almost" halfway there!

How do I add a picture? This is my before pic from Sept, 2013 (and I'm actually gained a lot more weight since this pic, but couldn't find a recent pic). I'm in the just pic group, but don't see where I can download my image.
