The recipe is simple: cut into bite-sized chunks, then toss with olive oil, black and cayenne peppers, salt, and cinnamon, then roast in an oven at 400F for 40 minutes.

I just roasted a batch last night! Chili-lime seasoning, oregano, roasted garlic powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and avocado oil.

Sweet potatoes are real yummy and I just spray with a little Pam &'flip and they are done. Great Snack! 😋

How are the skins? Looks like you don't peel them but in eating them baked I don't recall ever eating the skins.
