Actually, I took a look back again. That was between Jan 8 and Jan 12. What am I missing?

I did start/restart on the 8th and lost 5 lbs the first week (water weight I’m sure) then this week the scale has just stayed the same or bounced up and down a little. Just frustrated when I’m being so good. I do feel smaller so that’s a plus but something about seeing the scale go down is very motivating to me. Thanks!

I know I’m being ungrateful 😬 5 lbs is great no matter how long it takes. As long as we are sticking with the plan we will get there. Thanks for the encouragement and reality check...I needed it!😉
