It's been a long time since I've been on here. I was very caught up in the world of Bright Line Eating, which has it's own support group(s) and buddies. It was very time consuming and since the program is very specific I didn't feel the need for any extra community, or using the FS format. I'm coming up on my one year anniversary of joining FS and starting the BLE program. It's been an interesting journey and suffice to say that I am looking at a new approach for achieving a healthy, natural weight for my body. As I am not really following the tenets of the Bright Line program it felt heretical posting on their pages, and within their community. Yes, that means I am baaaaaaaack! Just in time for Halloween, my kiddies. Mwhahahaha.

I'm pretty new at using FS consistently. I do find that interacting with others helps my focus and maybe helps others too. It's a way of giving and giving is good.
