I missed weighing in yesterday morning, but was pleasantly surprised to see some of the water weight coming off today. Holding steady with low carb, plenty of veggies, and light / moderate exercise thru walking/hill climbing on the treadmill, etc.
Plan now is to rinse and repeat. We shall see...
