Happy weekend to all of the FatSecret community. My brother in law is improving again, after chemo. It is interesting to me, that by no real design, I seem to have found my happy weight of 260 pounds, and I am fine with taking in about 2300 to 2500 calories a day, to maintain that weight. I realize I am fortunate to maintain my weight level at that amount of calories, but that is what seems to be taking place. I would be gratified for 5 or 10 more pounds of loss, but this is very good for me. I also had my first night of no pain in my knee in 6 months. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
