It's been about two weeks since I weighed myself last. I usually weigh myself on Monday Morning. Since all I did was moderate aerobics and running, and not the P90X routine that I had been doing, I couldn't wait until tomorrow to weigh in. I wasn't sure if I had lost anything at all!

I LOST 8 POUNDS SINCE MY LAST WEIGH IN!!

And I don't care if some of it is water but I am very excited and motivated to get down below the 200 now.
