Not sitting at a desk all day &a night anymore. I've been very busy with the trip & move to OR. Not on diet pills anymore!
Losing 2 lbs in 2 years is not impressive. It's been great to look back at my weight history (thank you FATSECRET!) & see that I had gained 19 lbs throughout those 2 years, showing that I have lost 21 lbs in 7 months! That's 3 lbs per month! That I can be impressed with. I will need to step it up a notch, though, to avoid taking 16 months to reach my goal weight.
