My appetite came back after being sick with a virus for a whole week! Didn't get started on workout challenge yet. Still didn't gain much weight, which tells me I've actully lost what I have lost and can call it a plateau. Have gotten inspiration, from a pharmacist checking my BP, to get more active, so I've created a schedule. If it's not on my schedule, it won't get done.

I have found the potato hack diet, not being a lucrative diet for some corporation, franchise, or guru/marketing brand. It is helping me stay in fat reducing mode and gluten-free easily for 4 days out of the week. When I get tired of potatoes, I eat rice. Resistant starch is the key. If I want to add other flavors, adding some veggies without sauce adds dimension.A lot of water weight is lost during potato hacking then some is regained after eating different foods for 3 days. Really makes you want to keep eating just potatoes, but it's just too boring. When I'm not potato hacking, I'm eating GF, WFPB. It's slow weight-loss as fast as I care to face. As much as I would love to see rapid weight-loss, I actually don't believe it is healthy to quickly lose a lot of weight. Less likely to stay off. A half pound each week feels a comfortable pace yet still aggressive.

Did not follow potato hack this week. Ate potatoes just 1 day. Ate salmon, & shrimp and lots of rice. Fed my craving for crunchy Cheetos. Didn't gain much (thank goodness), but didn't lose either. Now I know.

Still slow but sure weightloss sticking with potatoes, or rice for resistant starch as main meal 4 days each week and then eating fruits and vegetables 3 days.
I'm definately losing inches from the way my clothes feel They don't hurt me anymore. So much more comfortable.
Looking forward to dropping a pant size!
