I lost ANOTHER 600 grams today! This is in perfect timing for reaching my Wednesday goal of losing 65 kgs. I'm amazed how much shifting food choices around this week has helped me lose all that regained weight and all the retained water.
So, in other news: I got my grand prize! Wednesday I will celebrate that I have been on my weight loss journey for one year, that I have stuck to it and done good all the way, with amazing results. My reward, as my buddies here will know, is a brand spanking new top shelf bass guitar. Well, after some trouble with one getting stolen in the postal service, I finally got my grabby little hands on one! Check it out:


I am so excited about this - I got it right in time for Friday's music session.

Now, to make this weight loss related, here is a photo of my playing my guitar in August 2010, 40 days before I started my weight loss journey. See if you can spot the difference (other than the guitar change). :)
