Weight sticking, which is what it does with me. Fat loves my body and doesn't release easily. It will in time. 😊
I got a rebounder for Christmas which is fun. So that's a good start. Last night we went to a church function and there is always food afterwards. I was so happy that I was firm in my mind and just had some fruit and tea 🤗 Yeah, team!
I'm going to call myself a team from now on. My physical self, my mental self, my emotional self and my spiritual health. And the tools each one needs. ❤️
