Green? Looks like maybe the 40 hour fast a week ago has really shaken things up for me. Have a good day everyone. I'll be around later.

Good loss! Keep it up, you are doing something right. Are you working out during these fasts? or towards the end of the fast do you workout at all? I used to fast every day at my last job. I would do 16 hour fasts by skipping breakfast and eating around 12-1pm. But I wasn't doing much working out. I am curious if fasting and working out can go hand in hand?

Panigale. I don't work out on fast day. The tendency is to power out too quickly. Fasting releases more growth hormones than normal, so I work out the next day. I'll do the fasting now only when I stall for more than a week. I will assess each Saturday and fast on Sundays if need be. Monday is leg day. Had a great one yesterday.
