Yesterday was not such a good day. Looooooong story, but basically stress at work and home, and I ended up out with my boyfriend for a beer. The bartender gave us a second for free... and then I had a glass of wine. Sigh.
Still good news - I ate perfectly yesterday. :) And I still ended up losing 1.1 pounds since yesterday. Which rocks.
