You have been very faithful, Terri...you will do fine...just go slow. And watch each week only adding one new thing...so any change that evokes cravings can quickly be eliminated. Start w/ a few added veggies, then go from there. I already see almonds, and peanut butter, which really are OWL foods anyway...so pls only add slowly...

Been out of commission a few days, as a dear friend passed away and it has been a super busy week, gonna be a busy month for that matter. Hoping to at least get in here and keep my food logged, may not have much time for reading and replying. Hope all my buddies are doing well!
