I had a pretty good week this week, I did go to Pappadeaux and have a frozen drink, which I wish I hadn't. It had too much sugar in it and I immediately began to crave other things. I did have to control my eating for the rest of the day and thank God I had worked out hard in the morning, which explains the .4 weight loss I had. I'm happy and can remain consistant with my eating and working out in the week ahead. I'm not going to have a cheat day until April 20th, so it's go hard or go home for the next couple of weeks.
