Spent 4 days camping, came home and have lost a half pound. That makes me super confident that starting 3 weeks holiday tomorrow, I can continue on the same way. I am taking the scale with me so that if I screw up I will be able to catch and correct immediately.

that's awesome, before long you'll be done. that was a good idea. i wish i had the means to go camping :(

Super! Yes I bought an extra scale so the next long weekend I take on the West coast I'm packing my scale with me. One addiction I cannot break.
