Hey, this is my first time actually on this site but I read the comments and I can use those honest to goodness comments. Doctor put me on Mediterranean diet and I’m trying to do it but it’s not an easy process. I was down 2 ounces this morning even after having some unhealthy snacks yesterday but trying to do better today
