Preparing meals and snacks for the upcoming week. But I can't stop the girls from eating my cheese crackers. They said they taste just like cheez-its. So I get a batch done and they eat half. I'll be at this all day...lol

I had a horrible night last night. I think I counted between 10-12 seizures. Usually they are small and only effect me - my husband won't wake up from them or even feel them. But last night, he woke up several times with them so they were pretty big. I finally just got up and stayed awake around 5am but my head still hurts today.
We were talking about it this morning with me apologizing and I realized why they were so bad. We were out late with boating yesterday and my alarm for my meds went off. I completely forgot to take them when we got back to the house. So yes, I still most definitely need my seizure meds.
Between the night seizures and the daytime dystonia/dyskinesia I am a hot mess. I so hope my weight loss and diet will eventually get it all under control.

So I am doing good on low carbs avg 7.9 a day. Great for Atkins,
not so much for the ratio of fat to protein/carb for a ketogenic diet.
So how do I add more good fat into my diet or reduce protein without adding carbs?
I have ordered some MCT oil to try and that should help some. Still need to reduce protein without increasing carbs. If I average 430g fat then my protein and carbs should be at 107 (97 protein/10carbs).
Or am I calculating this wrong??
Every day I watch and my fats are usually in the 70's%, protein in 20's% and carbs remainder of the % . So with that logic if I got my protein to the 80's % it would be a 4:1 or pretty dang close.
Any suggestions?

We took the boat out today. I made up some boiled eggs and sausage cookies for my snacks.
So at 2 I get out my 'cookie' bag. Everyone is like ooh What is that? Give me some.... They have their chips and carby food and sodas. Yet I give them some. Daughter says These are the best cookies. ...lol.
Guys really...they are just my sausage patties cooked thin like cookies....lol
