102 Waking Glucose.
Plan today. Open feeding window with a kale smoothie as late in the afternoon as possible. Will take extra walks at work targeting 10k steps. Water and psyllium husk as needed.
Twelve pound to go. The fight continues.

Above 100 on waking glucose. Was less than 100 before bed and well after dinner. Dawn effect yes, but want improvement even with that phenomenon.
Olive Garden last night. Salmon with Broccoli and endless salad. I figured 1000 calories and stayed away from the breadsticks. I did eat the salad croutons and three pieces of the fried ravioli appetizer. Not too bad all things considered.
Dinner was a challenge but i feel like i made the right choices.
It was a good fight and a positive experience.

Glucose at 108 at wake up. Hmm ….
Lots of walking today as I go grinching through the overcrowded stores dealing shopping for over priced stuff.
Mumbling “Serenity Now” to myself will not lower the stress level a bit.

New low and glucose <100 at wake up. Day 1 although i realize i am in a pretty good situation,
Feeding window opens around Noon. Planning a monster cabbage salad with mung bean sprouts and other such trimmings.
