Rough night. Not feeling well. Did not have dinner so that may account in part for the additional downward move. Not the healthy way of weight loss.
Back at work this morning and will figure it out.
I grabbed some protein this morning and my lemon / ACV drink. We will work through it.
Goals are within reach. The fight continues.

First day of new year back at work. Stress guaranteed.
Plan for day. Lemon water and ACV plus coffee until lunch. Open the feeding window around 11:30 and eat sensible. Plan two extra walks through the plant today for additional steps.
Looking for a new low in the coming days.

Today same as yesterday. Ok. Time to get serious again for 2023.
We’ll get serious right after one of the last Springerle Cookies and Coffee.

Woke up with more potential than I expected to start the new year. I indulged last night while watching movies with the kids. I was not able to accurately log everything. Oh well - official starting point is a little higher than anticipated.
Plan is to fight the good fight in January and then settle in to a healthy maintenance mode for the balance of the year. Given the starting point, may need to fight the battle into February as well.
As a treat to kick off the new year, i am enjoying a Springerle Cookie with my Coffee. Just the right thing to start the year.
Time to get moving.

No New Year’s resolutions. Just going to do what i need to do for a BMI less than 25.
