Happy Friday to all...
Accomplished so much yesterday getting the property spruced up...so nice to see the difference. My poor arms are a whole other story, wore gloves naturally, however, forearms bear testimony to my labors, totally scratched and bruised...:( Oh Well...doesn't hurt, just looks bad..:) Drained the pool, having the contractor begin work to re-finish the surface today...he says it should only take a few days, and can be re-filled next week...lots of progress here.
Another day of working outside should do it...looking forward to the new plantings...absolutely love this time of year.
Staying on track with my food intake..and at minimum keeping my carbs in check....enjoying the time with DH and being outside....no loss to record but no gain either...so I am happy about that.

Good Thursday Morning to all. Seem to be struggling getting back on track....Food/WOE is just fine...but totally off with what seems to be a daily "cocktail hour". DH is home, has been...which as most of you know is very unusual...generally only home a weekend every 3/4 weeks....so, when he is home, his downtime is like a "vacation" to him....
Not to say I don't have a long list of "honey dos", but seems like at the end of the day....I indulge with him by having a few drinks...not blaming him, obviously I am in control of my own actions....just can't seem to stay with my "own" routine...very disappointed in myself...carb intake is just fine...but calories are up and noticed when I have a drink it impacts my water intake which is way down, last couple of days....
Took off from work as well to spend some time with him, and this too impacts my routine....
Spring is definitely here...so we have been working outside, sprucing up the poor yard, flowers and shrubs, and bringing the pool back to life...love being outside, much prefer to daily housework....so nice to see the daily improvements. Will be going to get some additional plants and shrubs to supplement...

Good Tuesday Morning.....seems like forever since I been on, but has only been a few days....had the grandbaby...what fun....! Had little time for anything except him, kept me very busy.
Last couple days have been upside down...husband was in and out...household was crazy and my WOE suffered same....Up on the scale..but not stressing... this was to be expected...back in the saddle today...:)
Will be going around catching up with everyone, missed all of you. Hoping all had a wonderful weekend.

Good Wednesday Morning....
So much for the best laid plans, kids came in late/early last night, thinking that it would be easier on my grandson, to get him back to bed, as opposed to dropping him off at 4 this morning.....ha, they showed up at 1....my daughter purposely kept him up past his bed-time or should I say allowed him to stay up...as he was not showing any signs of weariness prior to them coming here....well, the little stinker was not having anything to do with night..night, finally, got him to nap on the couch, he fell out about 5:30a....still zonked, boy is his schedule going to be all messed up today...don't think I will plan any public outings, could be scary...LOL
Anyway....so glad I have him here with me....planning a fun week for the two of us....Silver Springs, the beach, and of course the Tampa Zoo....!
The kids were excited to take off....
