Hope everyone's had a safe Memorial Day. I had a fruit bowl and some potato salad for lunch. Survived a Roberta's Gym workout. Now I'm sore and sweating bullets. Gonna take some time for me to get used to slow burpees, Russian twists, and walk downs.

It's been an emotional roller coaster these last few months. I'm having to adjust to longer work days which involve more emergencies and policies that change practically every day. I've fallen behind and I'm having to journal to try to get myself back on track. I know that sticking to Roberta's Gym workouts and FitnessBlender stretches will get me back into shape for skating. Hopefully I'll be able to perform my jumps again, and regain focus in completing daily tasks.

This has really long week already. I completed a walking workout with stretching, but at night, I had depressive episodes and nausea.

Making scalloped potatoes. Gonna need a shock collar to remind myself to take Iron and Vitamin D supplements with my meals. I am relieved that my quad muscle has recovered and I can move again.
