Headed the other direction ;(
I haven't been trying so my fault. Hubby has been on vacation for two weeks and I have allowed my self to overindulge. Beginning Monday I will get my head straight and start reversing my weight gain. Going to change my eating to Keto, have been reading so much on it that I decided to give it 30 days. Not only do I want to lose weight but I also like the fact that it is touted as being anti-inflammatory. Everything I have read is that if followed correctly you feel much better and have more energy without going hungry. What can 30 days hurt? So if anyone reading this has any advice or site to share I would be most appreciative :)

I am so disgusted with myself. Gained 5 pounds since 7/12/19 and can't seem to get back on track!!! I lost control this summer and haven't been able get it back. Today is my 6 mth Doctor appointment and back in February my goal was to be in the 160's by the time I saw him again. In July that looked attainable, now here I am headed back the other way again. What is wrong with me??? Find myself toying with the idea of trying low carb/keto again. I just find that so limiting. Need to do something. I know I need to commit and stick with something :(

Can't seem to get back on track! Finding summer picnics, parties and celebrations make it too tempting for me to stay on Program! Need to get back to it and set a mini goal to work towards. Doctor appt on August 16th, mini goal is to be 169. Would love to see the 60's again!! Sounds like 5 lbs should be a piece of cake but with me its one ounce at a time :( Perhaps if I would really commit it would be faster. Gee, that's a thought ;)

Finally back on track again. Since Memorial Day I have been off program. Picnics, family visits and laid up from a pulled back, weight creeped up to 176.9! So this past week managed to get back on course and lost a bit. Geesh! Doesn't take long to put it back on but takes forever to get back off. Feel really good about catching it before it got out of hand. There was a time I wouldn't have.

Haven't been very good about my WW journey lately. Seems like weekends have been doing me in. I allow myself one day to loosen the reigns, usually Saturday but what I am finding is that one day seems to drag on for 2 0r 3.....haven't gained but by now thought I would have been down more that I am. So going to stick with 1 day off only and track every bite and drink the other 6 days. My Doctor appt is imid- August and am hoping to be around 165 by then. I realize hoping won't do it, got to stick to the plan and do it! Next week will be better at the scale!
