I ate a HUGE dinner last night. I was starving. I only had about 340 calories up until dinner, so I just ate what I had made for everyone else: Beans and rice with andouille sausage. Comfort food.
I was up on the roof of my rental house for four hours yesterday doing repairs. My fiancé was out of town so it was just lil ol' me. I got all the seams done (it's an older double wide). Next will be rolling on the coating and replacing the gutters.
This morning I'm doing fasting bloodwork to check my thyroid so no breakfast. I probably won't be able to eat until around 10am.

I've been so busy the last two days I've barely tracked. I've been losing weight steadily, though!
I tried actually eating breakfast for two days, but I just can't hang. I get so sick to my stomach when I eat in the morning. I've always been like this, though.
Still losing, though. Progress is progress!

Ope, a little loss!
I've decided to flip around my eating schedule. Instead of replacing breakfast and dinner with meal shakes and having snacks in-between, I think I'll have a bigger breakfast to fuel me for the day and then have a shake or a low calorie dinner. Hopefully it helps with the loss.
I decided to do this AFTER I drank my morning shake, so I added a Jimmy Dean simple scramble, which added an additional 300 calories.
I'm trying to count calories while staying away from simple carbs. It's not as challenging as I predicted. Even so, I wish it was easier!

I lost nothing yesterday. I also ate soooo much compared to what I have been. Absolutely worth it.
It was sort of an off day for me across the board. My job is kind of all over the place with maintenance, inspections, and various issues that are happening inside my homes.
I've been consistently getting 3500 to 5000 steps in. I wish it was more, but with my job that's about all I'm able to fit in.
At least it's just no progress and not backwards movement.
Does it matter that I didn't poo until after I weighed myself? I think it matters. Guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Every day I feel a little better. Every day I feel more like me.
Yesterday I dyed my hair dark brown. I was dark brown for over 15 years and then decided one day to go back to my natural blonde. I was blonde for about two years and I hated it. My skin color and hair color are so similar I looked washed out! I tried a dark red -- beautiful but not for me. Back to dark brown. It feels like home.
I think this all stems from feeling like I've lost myself over the last few years. I got so consumed with my kids, my job, staying afloat, that I forgot that I was my own person with my own hobbies and things I enjoy.
I've started reading again. I've started doing skincare. I bought myself books and took my car to the carwash. No one ever made me stop doing these things. No one but me!
