I am a semi-recent college grad (at 30 years old.) I have been married for 2 years to a great guy. We both need to lose a lot of weight, but neither of us can seem to stay motivated. We bowl weekly on a league and since we live 20 mins. from the Rockies, I try to hike during the spring and summer. I have no kids, but have nannied since I was 19. I have a wonderful golden retriever (1.5 years old) who makes me stay active.
