Hello FS Buddies. Really tired today after driving 2 hrs down and 2 hrs back to a Celebration of Life for a 40+ years friend who passed over last Wednesday. Since it was so quick - sister from PA here and Easter Sunday - not many people were able to be there. It was really special. We sat around over good food and beverage and just talked about Bill. We laughed and cried together. What a blessing. One amazing thing, with all the fabulous food available I was able to find a few delicious things on my WOE and was spared from even wanting the pastas, fruits (I took a fruit salad), breads and abundant desserts and Easter candy. It Flabbergasts me that it is so easy to pass up my old trigger foods. Keto is definitely my best WOE. I'm so grateful to have found it here. Going to bed early. Goodnight my dear friends.
