My encouragement to all RECENT fatsecret subscribers...

2018 is a NEW year for everyone. Your choices determine your behaviors. Your behaviors determine your results. Your results will speak volumes about your level of discipline and dedication for uncovering (or discovering) the HEALTHY you.

Additionally, NO ONE out here knows it all - especially considering how many different 'ways of eating' there are. THAT'S why the community is KEY to everyone's success - mine, yours... everybody's.
