This is not a full week. My weigh day is on Saturday but it's Transformation Tuesday and the day I monitor my sugar and blood pressure. Okay, I do this everyday but these are recorded days along with Saturday. Hard to explain really. A game that I play, with myself lol. Oh, my sugar level dropped by a crazy number too. I will retest that again in the morning before coffee and food. FABULOUS!

I play that game with the scale. Usually weigh daily, but I never count it until Sunday. It works for me.
