Well I had a month off on holidays and my weight stayed the same but I lost a small amount of muscle anyway I had trouble starting again and it took another month to get going. My weight went up about 0.8kg so not much but my waist went up 2cm and along with that my Blood pressure went up and my resting heart rate went up to 57. Alll this motivated me into getting going again.
So at the moment I weigh myself twice a month and take measurements once a month. I’m due to weigh in in 3 days time so see how that goes.
I’m not recording my foods as much as I used to and I’m allowing myself to enjoy some things in life but I’m training hard. I jog/walk 12k 3 times a week and do resistance work 3 times a week. I’m not back up to where I was before holidays but I’m getting there.
