I'm hoping to reach my first goal this week--getting under 200. I'm planning on increasing my activity, too! The new year is definitely underway and time to stick to the changes :)

Thank you! I just ate my dinner for lunch, LOL. I know I'll be having wine tonight, so have to watch my calories. Also, I'm trying a new recipe and will have some of that!

To be under 200 is my goal too! What surprises me is that my calorie consumption goal is a lot higher than I thought. I was thinking I had to consume 1800 to lose weight but they have me at 2300.
