Good morning..Weight is still bouncy around,but I am down to the same low I was on 7/22. I'm okay with that because I know I have hit a stall.I am down a solid 35 lbs since starting this WOE and never once have I eaten off plan or cheated.I think the reason the scale is moving a little is, the almonds I have been eating are raising my calories back up.With all the stress and heat, I haven't been eating enough calories. OUCH--- BRAIN WAVE---
