Yea BuffyBear, just a little blip. I only weigh on Monday and Thursday. It will settle down and go a few pounds lower soon enough. :)

I ate out too this weekend. That could be part of it, but I think it was the ice cream that the hubby bought...LOL

There are good choices when eating out - choose the broiled fish or grilled chicken! Ask for double veggies and ditch the potatoes. And Pumakitten, don't let your hubby sabotage your resolve! I know, it's hard, I'm going through it too - keep thinking of the destination!! I have faith, you both can do it!

At least you have your husband to blame, I bought the pint myself....oh well, not too bad 2 pints in 4 months. I got it out of my system, it's NEVER as good as I think it's going to be. I think it's water weight, anytime you go out the sodium is extremely high, so I wouldn't stress. :)
