My scale says I gained 2 lbs. Not worrying as I know I had that pizza. Also, I had lost quite a bit. Not sure if it's water, the scale or what, but going to record what I see and keep moving on. I know I am doing things right with the exception of Saturday. I will re-weigh myself after getting out of the shower just to be sure, though. Sometimes there is a difference from when I first get up to about 20 minutes later.

Thanks. I think being here helps keep me on track. I have to see the calories and what I'm eating. My main thing, is I need to get back to the gym. It will be a week tomorrow. I'm getting some exercise, but it's not like the gym.
