Paula - my breakfast pie is Sandy's Spinach Quiche (I change the ingredients to suit DH tastes) I make a double batch, freeze it, and have an quick breakfast to go.  

Lol Bren - it must be something in the air....I'm reading the same into everything today!! Maybe it is the thought of my whip with my high boots I just ordered!! lol! And you thought I was a slave driver now, wait until my boots arrive!!!
