I've been eating really healthy, yesterday a kale salad that I wish I had more of. Yummo. Raw Kale, pomegranate seeds, feta, walnuts and shallots, the dressing was simple too... Olive oil, orange juice, honey ( I squeeked in a tiny teaspoon, but I'd put in more regularly. I didn't want to spite any cravings and I didn't)and apple cider vinegar, a grind or two of salt. Really simple and supper satisfying. Give it a whirl. I've been walking too. I decided that 20 minutes minimum works for me. Most days its much more but maybe giving myself permission for less is the room I need to make a better choice. I'm such a rebel!
