It was cold and very windy yesterday so no jog at lunchtime. But I was determined to do something at home. So I did Level 1 of Shred by Jillian Michaels. I powered thru and did it all. 31 days post surgery!! I feel so empowered!!

And then I ate ice cream!

The wind is better today, so I'm hoping to go for a jog at lunch.

I have that DVD too...very difficult as the levels go up! I prefer to run as well. You got your sweat on, so that's what matters - good job.

THanks everyone! Did get a jog in yesterday at lunch through the big snow flakes! I feel super sore today from the DVD 2 days ago but plan to get a workout in at lunch!

I haven't done 30 Day Shred in a couple of months, but I love that video! I can't think of another 20-minute workout that makes me feel so accomplished. Ha.

I did level 1 of shred a couple of days ago too and it made me sore for sure, but we have to keep on keepin' on I guess. :) It's good that you feel so great after having surgery, I hope that you just keep feeling and doing better!

I did Level 1 again on Thursday as my workout over my lunch break with my coworker. I can barely move today. No pain no gain, as the saying goes!!
